1.  Where do you deliver?

At the moment we only deliver to Laguna Zone 1: Sta. Rosa, Westgrove, Nuvali, Verdana, Mamplasan. If you wish to order, but are not in our delivery zone, you may request for a lalamove delivery at your own cost. Contact us at 0977-813-4659 or info@holycarabao.com to arrange for a lalamove delivery. 

2.  Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum.

3.  How much is the delivery fee?

200php (for selected Laguna Area Only) 

Outside laguna - via lalamove or grab

4.  When will I receive my order?

We deliver twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Cut-off for orders and payment confirmation is 4pm a day before delivery (Monday 4pm for Tuesday delivery or Thursday for Friday delivery). If you did not make the cutoff, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day. 

5. What time will my order arrive?

Your order will be delivered between 10am and 3pm However, traffic and extreme weather conditions can be a pain, so we ask you to be yoga-flexible. If we are caught up in traffic or bad weather, we may have no choice but to deliver the following day. Hope that’s cool!

6. How do I pay?

We gratefully accept Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, PayPal or GCash transfer.

7.  Will my items still be fresh?

But of course! We harvest, pack, and deliver on the same day. Now that’s farm to table! The items are delivered via refrigerated vans, too, so they will be spritely when they get to you.

 8.  When can I pick up my order?

Pickups at the farm are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cut-off for orders and payment confirmation is 4pm a day before pickup (Monday 4pm for Tuesday pickup or Thursday 4pm for Thursday pickup). Time slot to pickup your order is 10am to 3pm.
